B20b?
So I just picked up a 91 crx si. It has a B20B block with a B16a head GSR cams and stock Ls tranny any idea how good this setup is? What kinda power do you think Im outting to the ground as it sits right now? I also have a new t3/t4 turbo to go on it. How many lbs should I run on this set up? Any suggestions on things I should do to this motor? Any tips, hints etc are appreciated.

As I am sure you know, no one can tell you how much horse you will be making- too many variables. If I had to guess, you'd be making around <145 whp. you have low compression pistons and the the 2.0 isn't going to give you that much more than the 1.8 of a real GSR.
Also b20 have the worst sleeves. I would NEVER go to 12psi. honestly with my block i'd go 8 and no more.

Thanks for being the only one to answer my question. I know I cant get an exact hp number I just wanted someones guesstimate. And I was thinking 8lbs and tune for a DD.

wrong, and this fucking issue has been addressed several times over many moons, the difference in LS sleeves and b20 is a FRACTION OF A CUNT HAIR. as far as a 2.0 not having much difference than a 1.8, are you fucking kidding me? it's night and day. and 145 out of a b20 vtec turbo is dumb, i made 172 with a stock d15b, z6 head and an ebay turbo kit on Dyno incs Dyno back in 05 and that motor was a turd.
OP 10-12 PSI with a great tune will do you wonders, and as long as you don't have any issues with the motor now, you can make nice power and still have a reliable DD

There is not be a huge difference in the sleeves, but that does not change the fact they are the weaker, and have been known to have issues. I personally would never boost more than 12lbs on for a DD.
142 hp (106 kW) @ 6300 rpm LS
126 hp (94 kW)) @ 5400 rpm b20b

Re: B20b?
Luckily all of that goes out the window once the stock heads and stock manifolds are removed, so there is no point in comparing the relative power output of the stock engines. So unless you're planning on putting B20 parts on an LS, or LS parts on a B20, I don't see why any of the stock power figures are the slightest bit relevant.
