Just got my Innovative motor mounts in. Question.
So I bought some 60A Innovative motor mounts for my EG coupe, but I accidentally ordered the 3 post for the driver's side; apparently my car is the 2 post. Is there any way to make this fit without waiting another 2-3 weeks to return this kit and get a new one? Thanks.

No, and your best bet is to get rid of those shitastic pieces of sheet metal. Personally I hate that company because of the grief they have given me, which reminds me I have a phone call to make. But for real hasport is a waaaaay better company and products are incomparable and so is their customer service.

Why did they give you grief? I don't want something as stiff as Hasport mounts. I don't want anything over 60A's.

I have no idea dude, been waiting for a year and a half on axles, B series in 87 crx. Im on my 4th set, wrong lengths each time, then the axle guy finally told me to measure it and I've been waiting since last december to get that "good" set. Plus the mounts are all fucked up anyways, wrong thread size in rear mount, doesn't even sit level in the bay and don't even get me started on their horrible placement in the bay(which is as close to the firewall as they could get it). I've been in a few cars with regular 62A Hasport's and they felt fine to me.

There really isn't much difference between Shore A 60 and 62 durometers. Any difference you feel (between the 60A and 62A) is going to come from the differences in mechanical stiffness and insert shape of the two brands of mounts, not for the durometer difference of the polymer.

I appreciate your reply, Fabrik8, but I'm not sure if I can return these and get the two-post setup, for if I should just try to trade them to someone on here for a two-post setup.

Also, it seems as if the two-post driver's side motor mounts are for b-series, but I have a d-series motor; shouldn't it be a three-post?

Yea the reason why innovatives feel "softer" is because on the lack of polymer on the sides of the mounts, like the way hasports are. Just call them monday, you might get lucky and they might exchange it.
But GL with them.
But GL with them.

Every B series I messed with has a 3 bolt mount(except DA's, *talking about the rubber housed mount*), check out their site and you can look at the mounts, they have 2 and 3 bolt mounts available.

Integras (and Integra motors) have a 3-post mount. Civics (and Civic motors) have 2-post mounts. When you start swapping motors and chassis' is when you run into post problems, if you have not done your research.
