Women...
So, my fiancé had an early class this morning...
And well, somehow, decided that removing the frost from her front windshield with a glass cereal bowl was a good idea.
Yeah.
Any ideas how to fix this shit? Shop quoted 260 installed for a new windshield and not really feeling that with the wedding coming up.

Re: Women...
have full coverage insurance? That would cover dumb... If not glassmasters is cheap but honestly for a new windshield and install you're going to be looking close to if not over 200 no matter where you go.

Lololol. She literally hid this from me like a little kid. She's never done anything like this and actually cried cuz she felt so dumb.
And I made sure to rub it in and make a point of it.
I guess my real question is do I have any options other than replacing the damn thing?
Oh and we are in Lynchburg. And it's an 07 hyundai sonata.
Blowie will be had after my Rib Eye steak tonight.

Re: Women...
$260 for a whole windshield replacement on a car is not bad at all. And LoL at women fail, wait till you get married you'll swear she forgot how to fill a tank of gas.

Re: Women...
so is it just scratched or something? I assumed it cracked or something so maybe I am missing a picture since I am at work or something. Not really much you can do with deep scratches or cracks in glass aside from changing the whole thing.

Re: Women...
So I'm assuming this scratched the windshield? Can't buff out fine scratches?
I'm not dumb enough to even think of using a glass bowl so I have no idea what it would do and thats just dumb to use kitchen stuff other then feeding her man lots of food and staying in the kitchen

Yeah, it's scratched, can't really tell of its minimal or not. I glanced and loled at it.
Then serious faced when I tried to drive it.
I'll take a pic when I get home.
