did u put all the sensors back if u happened to on the tranny, check all under the car for loose connections etc. are there any codes thrown or anything

it probably is clutch related, but it could very well be your timing, or fuel filter. Does it cut out at 5k? or will it just stay right at 5k?

all sensors are hooked up, no codes are being thrown,
we thought maybe the harness got messed up, so that was replaced, and to no avail..

i would also just to be sure to check ur fuel pressure, hey u never kno i had that problem, it COULD be the maf but i doubt it, what does it do at 5k rpms does it sputter or is it like a redline. can u rev past 5k in neutral
