Just by the #'s alone (driver skill not included), Who would win and by how much... a 320whp, 2900lb car or a 4500lb, 400rwhp truck? the car is turbod, and the truck is charged. I have a bet with some idiot, and youre results are gonna win me some money, so post away.......

peak numbers arent everything. who hooks, who has what transmission, who has what suspension, etc.

i mean by the paper its definitely going towards the 320whp car, but then again take a look at big bake's signature. 11.8 with just a stall, longtubes, drag radials and a lid and that is one heavy car. it's about who is setup for drag racing.

all things equal i would go by power to weight ratios and give it to the car.

but things arn't equal... if its a 320 whp honda w/ a turbo b16 and thats all it has, i'd put my money on the lightning in the 1/4.

Given ONLY hp:weight then yes, the car has the advantage but there is no way to tell. is that all it is is just guesswork? arnt gonna run?
