Default Anyone have/have access to a fender roller?

Hey guys -
Its time for new tires, I'm down to just a few 32nds of an inch and I'm going to step up to 245/40s when I get new ones. I need to roll my fenders to do this, and I don't want to use a dowel or baseball bat (I've done this many many times but it isnt always neat and I want to do lots of rolling...). Eastwood sells one for $250 but I'm not made of money. So, I was wondering if anyone in the Richmond area had a fender roller I could borrow or knew of someone that does. I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for one if it was necessary.
Thanks!

why don't you and a few of your friends throw in to buy a roller?

you can then always rent it out, or if you get good enough, charge to roll.

i haven't heard anything bad about the eastwood roller, which is what a lot of people (read: 240/corolla guys) get when they don't want to get one from japan.

http://fenderroller.com/

Guys on LS1tech.com have used it to fit their 315's in the back.

Or as soulDistortion said, you can always look into Eastwood. I know there was a guy on ls1tech that would rent out his eastwood to anyone willing.

Eastwood one is just $250, I'm tempted to buy one but I figure if I can find someone around here that will let me borrow one cuz they're cool or rent one for cheap if they are cool but not quite as then it'd be alot easier. I'd love to have one and I would but I've already got so much sh!t in my shop I can hardly work anymore it seems like, but I'd buy one before $75 rental..

I'd buy one if I had enough friends that wanna roll their fenders, but I don't.

Anyone know how much your fenders can be rolled before paint damage happens? Also, this pretty much makes your fender liners useless because they won't meet up with the fenders anymore, right?

I know that on my car (Volvo 850R) you can take a heatgun and stretch the inner liners plenty so they still cover it. As for paint, it really sorta depends...I got an extra set of fenders in case something happens (I'd rather have another set of factory paint ones then repaint mine...)

If I bought one are there people here that would be interested in renting it for a few bucks or borrowing it? If I get one I don't want it to go to waste...I know I can do a few others..
