EDIT: Room is back on the market...

I recently purchased and completely re-painted/re-decorated my new house in the Damneck area of Va Beach; Pine Meadows to be specific. I had one roomate drop out so there's a room for rent.

Rent is $450.00/month plus 1/3rd of bills (electricity, gas, water, cable internet, satellite HD TV). My roomate is a TV nut so there's a $3000.00 Sony for your viewing pleasure There's also a hotub (almost working) and a full two car garage w/ one open spot (my other roomie isn't a car buff).

I'm 23, he's 22 neither of us smoke and we like to keep the common areas clean, but don't give a crap what you do in your own room. Oh yeah... also have a sweet ping pong/ beer pong table.

Well it varies b/c now that it's winter gas will go up. We've only been here a month so the bills were a bith high. I'm guessing about $100-$150 max on a cold ass month.
