As long as people don't shoot each other, try to lay a coat of rubber all over the parking lot, try to get into huge fights, or use the meet spot as a staging ground for street races, I don't think the MD cops would really care if all the cars met up in one spot on that side of the river.

Don't you guys remeber METRO in MD off MLK? Cops kicked us out everytime and it was a meet area for 25-30 years.

kicked you out? lol last time i went there, they told me if i come back i go directly to jail and i dont get my car back for life
