Everyone is going to get an exhaust ticket.
If we allow this to happen
This Bill was submitted Friday, this has been ok'd in other States.
Speak up to your elected officials if you don't like it or the wording!

The test is basically:
SAE Standard J1169 on how to test your exhaust noise level:
Decibel meter is held 0.5 meters (20 inches) from the exhaust tip, and the test is done at 1/2 the engine's maximum rated RPM (redline).
The intent is any exhaust modifications after the catalytic converter are legal as long as the exhaust noise is below 95dB.
Note, not to apply to motorcycles!

I've never been pulled over, or been in a car that's been pulled over for an illegal exhaust and seen an officer pull out a decibel meter, even after it was requested, but have still received a ticket.
With that said, I could really care less if this law gets passed.

UMMKMM 95 DECIBELS
HOLY shit I want this to pass..Everyone contact their legislature in support. Most of us pass this. Contact your local legislature and get them to pass this instead of making ALL Exhausts illegal.
