Drag Central meet and eat - 6/24
Myself and jjkamikaze have gotten permission to use the parking lot of the new japanese restaraunt, Wasabi, for our "meets."
Wasabi is located in the Victorian Square shopping center at Genito/Hull (where K-Mart, Kroger and Applebees are.) Jason (jjkamikaze) works there part time and knows the owners; they have given us permission to use their lot as long as no one does anything that obviously isnt allowed (burnouts, donuts, etc.)
Wasabi, being a new restaraunt, is interested in business generated by people meeting there. The food is authentic japanese and I can tell you from my first-hand experience tonite that it is very good. They even have a high-class sushi bar, if you want to be really JDM. There is also a large possibility that we will receive a 20% discount on all purchases.
Try to plan on eating in the restaraunt if you come; they're providing us with a lot so we should provide them with some business. Also, being a small restaraunt, word of mouth advertising is very important, so let other people know about Wasabi afterwards.
The meets usually start at 8 PM and last until whenever. Wasabi is open until 10 PM on Fridays. Police should not be an issue as we have permission to use the lot (a welcome change.)
Everyone try to make it out and let's try to get a decent "scene" going again in this area.

ill go ahead and make the calls and get everyone rounded up. and Ill go ahead and bring the security just in case any assholes (other then myself) show up and try to cause trouble
