Whenever I turn my steering wheel to full right or left lock, I lose my brakes. I can just push the pedal to the floor. Once the steering wheel is off full lock, I can pump the brakes once or twice and they're back to working normal. They don't gradually bleed down over time or anything else either, it's only when the steering wheel is at full lock.
Did you recently do brake pads ? Possibly the brake hose is twisted, Ive seen alot of times. Check that first.
I didn't. I bought the car about a week ago and I knew it had some issues. It was worth the purchase just for the aftermarket parts on it. I will check the brake lines for twists. I'm going to put it on stands, take the wheels off, and bleed the brakes this week. I'll check then.
Are you speaking from experiance? Check valves are cheap but how would that be related to steering angle? When the wheels aren't turned to full lock, the brakes work normal. I still have vacuum assist in normal driving
