Yeah thatd be williamson rd...Most guys head down there on friday and saturday nights. The whole area really gets packed during the summer though I hear.

 

LOL! Williamson Road is a joke if you're looking for bragging rights about having a fast car. Don't get me wrong, I've made my share of quick pulls, as many people do... but you can't really benchmark based on that. You're not going to find very many fast cars hanging around Williamson anymore. Things have unfortunately changed over the last 8 years or so. It used to be a whole different world.

 

Agreed, that place has gone way downhill. Plus, I pretty much hate the road conditions there, not only is it pretty easy for cops to hide and catch you, but there are shitloads of potholes and uneven pavement everywhere. One of the best places to do pulls around here is the straight stretch (late at night, no one around) on 581 about 1/4 mile after the 419 entrance ramp to Wonju near towers mall. Thats a great straight area, and if its clear, then no worries for cops. Just be safe!!

 

Seen police sit on the side of the road over there many times... So don't necessarily count on it being safe. You usually won't see them 'til it's too late.

 

I agree, they do sit on the side of the road in that area. Thats why you gotta wait till you hit the straight stretch before gettin into things...Pop on your high beems and you'll see whether or not a cop is there....usually.
