I liked mine, def got alot of looks, but I am addicted to turbo cars, o and the parts are expensive. But if I could do it over I would get a G35 instead.

 

Buy something that IS fast rather than LOOKING fast. My 2cents....

 

G35 is even slower. Heavier pig of a car. I like my Z, its fun to drive. It isn't S2000s are fun, convertible, parts are cheaper and more readily available and FI options are less expensive as well. Some say Z's tend to throw rods ~400whp, while S2000s have forged internals don't they?

"fast" but it's pretty quick and like I said before, fun. Parts are expensive, so are tires. Don't get an 03, get an 04.5 and later.

My Z is an 03 Touring, fully louded except Navigation like the one you are looking at. Much has changed and been improved. Unless you can get it for 19 or so, I'd spend a bit more and get an 05. I believe all the 05+ have Rev Up motors and less TSBs.

The only thing is you can get a C5 for roughly 25k. If I could do it all over again, I probably would have gotten a C5Z06. :/

 

yes weak internals I cracked my ring lands and tbusted rods at 420whp . AS for buying a used Z I agree just get a 05 or up but the rev ups do have problems with eating oil (just like the 03 and up) so if you do buy used make sure they have had there motor looked at or replaced.
