Momo at Kemps River is good. It's tucked away and is a small environment.

 

I like Kyushu on Newtown and Wasabi on military.

 

i hate to bump this old thread, but i was wondering if anyone knows a place that serves uni (sea urchin). me and my girlfriend have been to a few places and no one ever has it.

 

I'm usually at ginza every wednesday night for all you can eat sushi. and on their menu they have a picture of uni so I'm guessing they have it?

maybe. but thats the problem lol. every place we go to, they have the picture of uni, and the little menu that you check to let them know what sushi you want, they notice we check uni and they say "oh we dont have uni."

 

If I can remember I'll ask next time I'm in there.

If you don't mind a little road trip, Toyama in Elizabeth City, NC serves uni and anything else you can think of.

This place is the best sushi place I have been to ever, and I frequent sushi places here in NYC, plus other cities when I travel.
