Next i have a Gold's Gym XRS 20 Bench, it has it all really, Weight stand attached to the back of it, can turn it into a squat barbell by raising it and sliding bench away, has curl/legs lifts with arm support. retails for 196.xx which i paid, ive used only a handful of times.

have someone interested atm for cash, ill consider trades but i dont really need anything unless its a sub compact .45 but doesn't hurt to try

70lb bag, yes, great stand, it uses weights to stay still. but there is a sale pending for it for sunday, ill keep post updated as things are bought/sold.
