Hey everyone who posted (Steve, Brett....) on my camber question, Thanx. It sucks because I have to wait untill Xmas to get my GC and other stuff. Oh well the Jan. race isnt to far off..

If you and pops are running the same car, you really shouldn't be in the same heat. technically, you can't. There's supposed to be something like 15 minutes between runs on a car, but that's SCCA shit.

 

I thought it was 6 or 7 cars and 5 minutes?

 

His father drives a CRX and he drives the Spec V.

 

that's fine then. It just get's to be a pain when the same car runs twice in the same heat. But if they are running different cars, who cares

Nope. I sure as hell didn't last event! In all honesty, the rules are pretty lax. Basic Tech inspection that looks for very obvious things. wheels bolted on/no broken studs (seen it before), seats and belts bolted in (seen that one violated before), seat belts installed, battery secure (probobly the biggest thing to fail peoples car), and free movement of throttle linkage. That's about the end of the tech rules.

On course. Brain Bucket for all occupents, closed toe shoes, and shirt, pants/shorts whatever (which really isn't enforced either).

 

Im comin this time i cant wait until weekend jsut hope i cna get my fuse panel problem solved so i dont have to wig the fuse if the car cuts out drivin down to get to fire back up.. ?

 

someone take me off the list... exams on monday and mommy are gay. i mean its only my future right?????
