FS- Carbon Fiber Hood for 96-98 Civic. CHEAP.
I have a No-Name brand Carbon Fiber hood for a 96-98 Civic.
-Needed minor adjustments.
I lowered the hood latch and drilled longer holes in hinges to slide hood foward. Took minutes to do.
-Hood isn't in the best of shape. It has been re-cleared by previous owner. I don't know how he prepped it so you can see at a certain angle a ''haze''
Its in a ''wiping'' motion?? don't know what it is? (see in pics)
Previous owner also sanded to the weave in some spots.
-All imperfections can be see in the pics. In person you can't see them unless you're really staring at it.
-I will keep the rubber strip on the hood because it helps fill the gaps near the lights.
-I am being honest with this hood, it will need work to fit right. When I bought it owner said it fit perfect. Didn't at all. So come take a look at it while it's on the car. I don't want to upset anyone after the buy it ( I was )
I'm in Va. Beach and prefer local pick up only.
Hood is still on the car if you want to take a look at the fitment.

this is only seen at this angle.

the guy who prepped the hood for reclearing sanded down to the weave.

heres pics of the fitment.

I bought it for $140, will sell for 100 FIRM.
Prep it right and re-clear it or spray over it and you'll have a decent hood.
