was it a built head? who would waste the time to stand around, and risk going to jail for stealing a stock sohc head....? i cant imagine it being fairly quick to remove....good luck to the op on catching them though.

Basically a stock z6 head, with a Jackson Racing supercharger.

We were just looking at it again and noticed that they didn't even take the brackets for the alternator... took us a while to find that piece, and they're gonna need it if they plan on running this setup. I dare them to come back though!

Idiots!! They also took the time to grab the corner lamps, $20 ebay lights!

This is looking more like someone trying to screw with us than a pro job.

 

Did they steal the ECU also? I hope so, because I need to find someone local to buy a P28 from

This sucks so much. The car was still pretty slow, but at least it ran. I hope you guys find it, it's obviously someone that james has bragged about the supercharger to, no one would risk/waste their time trying to steal that cars engine unless they knew it there was something worth their while under the hood.
