Where in the hell does it say the "sedan" driver was drunk? it does say explicitly the driver was interviewed and there were no charges pending.
why do you think? becasue its got to be the street racers fault... and anyone thats ever street raced before knows that if the smoke from the burnout is still there and some dumb ass comes driving through it then there going to hit the 2 cars that are getting READY to race... the race was allready over so how could the smoke story be true?

so the news didn't say that, so it must not be true right?? Unless you were there or know people who were there at the time I wouldn't argue anything right now when you know nothing about what happened.

exactly. Especially for the cars that were racing. By the time they had lined up and staged the smoke would have been clearing n accident didn't occur till after the race which gives even more time. It wasn't a fuckin burnout contest.
