Not only that, its that much harder for you to see outside and look at what the headlight is reaching or if you may be able to see whats in the dark not touched by headlights.

reality check, last time i looked. this was a forum for car enthusiasts. I highly doubt a speed 3 is faster then most of our cars. and yes i have driven a speed 3 before.

yes you will get a ticket i got one for the lights on my capacitor and F.Y.I if they really want to be dicks if the lights are blue or red they can hit you with impersonating an emergency vehicle
