RWD vs FWD (vs AWD...?)
Someone owes me my 8 minutes back from reading this useless fucking thread.
Some of ya'll need to watch the Speed channel. If you're gonna try and bash numbers or make them up, at least let your arguments be logical.

Also, cross drilled rotors improve braking because of out-gassing, non turbo cars need the back pressure of smaller exhausts, the LS1 is heavy and kills the weight balance of every car you swap it into, and drifting is the fastest way around a turn.
Also, I'm about to post a pic of my car and ask you all if something on it is considered "rice".
Skylines are the best cars ever. The End.

Congrats on defending RWD on drag racing. You just confirmed what I posted earlier. READ prior to posting it might save you some effort.
BTW, since you seem to know so much with your 3 sentences, enlighten us on what you think the differences are between RWD, AWD, and FWD.
Pot meet kettle. A 350Z is a car. Kitted means a body kit. And I'm not sure if he has a 350Z or a 300ZX Twin Turbo. I don't care if RWD dragsters on DOT drag radials (aka one line down the center makes them DOT) cutting .9 60's, he isn't. As far as owning track records, I believe the HKS Evo holds the record at the Tsukuba circuit. Also the Sun Cyber Evos holds a record somewhere, but I can't remember, it's been a while.

What did I confirm? You were discussing drag racing, so I discussed the topic at hand.
So where are those track records? Where is the backup of omgz awd superiority that you claim that drivetrain setup has?
Basically, you're talking out of your ass and dont know shit. Gratz.
Then you got the people who wanna come on here and talk about 60 ft.'s......that shit doesnt mean anything if there is a good driver/bad driver behind the wheel. Iv seen people cut 1.3's and only run 11's. 60's are only a 1/4 of the story in a 1/4 mile race. So know what the fuk ur talking about.
Ever since Evo's and STI's came into the picture in the US, they have been punishing everything on the road circut, and even the drag strip. People just dont wanna realize that 4cyls are about to take over almost every aspect of racing (that they already havent).

Evos/STIs have been punishing everything at the drag strip? 4cyl taking over racing? You need to pass that over here, cause you're smoking some good shit.
FWD is great in the snow, but that's about all I can think of that it excels at.
RWD is great in a sports car or truck as upon acceleration, the weight rolls to the rear tires.
AWD is great on slippery surfaces, but it's expensive, heavy, and reduces gas mileage.
