First of all congrats, 2nd, don't worry what others are saying...you are out riding!

The 600 Kat was seriously underpower compared to the other 600s of the day, as was the 750 when you compared it to the GSXR750 and ZX7 of the day. But since a lot of the heavy bodywork is off already, and I see it's got a pipe and individual pods, it should be more than quick enough for you!! The GSXR parts of the day will mostly bolt onto that bike, so if you want better forks, swingarm, shocks, etc...you can probalby find them cheap on Ebay! Heck, if you wanted to go complete sleeper, you can fit a GSXR motor in that frame. Had a friend who put a bored out GSXR1100 motor in the 600 frame!
The only problem I can see is the individual air pods on the carbs. They are uber sensitive to weather changes, and you will have some days where the bike is tuned well, and other days that the bike runs like crap because the temp changed 10 degrees. If you start having problems with that, start looking for a stock airbox, or learn how to change out your fuel jets quickly!

i have a friend in FL that has a 80s tuna with 05 gsxr body work.. looks kool.

u can swap a gs1100 motor or a bandit motor in that bike.. but really the bike isnt wroth all that much. like he said hes just using it to learn on. leave the bike the way it is for the most part. maybe change little things. i would just ride it untill u feel u can move up.

as for the comment on the carbs. he probly cant tell the differents, iv ran pods on all my bikes in the pasted and never had a problem.

I was thinking they should have alot of interchangeable parts, glad to hear someone confirm that. I plan on leaving the bike the way it sits as with all the panels/stock headlights I thought they were ugly and the previous owner already took care of that for me.
But yea he did say something about having to get a jet kit since he didnt replace the needles, and apparently those cost just as much as a new kit. Its a bit rough cold starting but other than that I havent noticed any issues.

Why say retarded shit? Seriously. Just like any other bike this thing has so many possibilities, it's endless. You haven't been around long, but I don't like you very much and saying dumb shit like this isn't helping. It's his first bike, why pay 6k for something newer if he wants to go with the naked/fighter look.
