i saw a black 99-00 civic with bronze wheels on a tow dolly with a front mount on rt 17 today..... had some radials on the front looked like serious business.....

Some idiot put a red viper with yellow wheels into a metal drain cover. one tire on/one tire off. Guy and girl sitting outside the car crying.
