I can't speak for their capabilities with Honda or EVOs, but there was no one at VIP who was able to fix my 240 for two solid years. There is also no one at VIP who has even offered to produce the window and trim they promised and did not deliver, or the ignitor they removed without replacing or telling me about.

Noah's project was something that I picked up for some side work to help him out. I was able to make great progress with his car but due to my day job I was unable to finish. I was extremely overwhelmed for months and never had time to make it out to the shop. All in all I am the one to blame for his car situation.

How about the other 240s? You are an owner of the company and it was broken into at your shop. Accepting blame is far from fixing the situation.

Ryan and Jarret are great guys but can not effect enough change as most of the issues reside in the ownership/management of the company not it's the mechanics.

The techs do play a roll in getting cars done. EF9kidd was talking about no one caring about the cars anymore. That is why I asked if he had met Ryan or Jarrot because they do care about the cars that do come through there.

Weren't you in a management/ownership once? As I recall it you weren't a saint, hence why you are no longer there....

Techs do play a role, but without the proper equipment or parts in a timely manner they cannot always do what they need to do to get the project completed. Ryan and Jarret do an amazing job of working within their constraints to get things done.

I was part of the shop at one point in time, the situations regarding my time there and leaving are now for court rooms not forums. And slogsr your just a customer that during my time came by the shop a total of less then a handful of times in many months, your recollection and understanding of what was/is going should be taken with a grain of salt.

Which is why I am not saying it over the forum, but my over all point is that you have no room to talk about the ownership/management.

Marti, Ryan, and Jarrot have been doing a great job in turn around times and getting things done. I see no reason to bash things from the past when the shop has obviously gone through changes.

I do see this at a lot of shops though, kids come in with cars, start dreaming and turn the car in to get worked on, and then don't have the money to finish it.

There are always two sides to any story.

Up for VIP

You talk like you know what occurs there on an everyday basis, I think its important for the community to understand in 6 months you came by the shop less then 5 times, its not like your there everyday drinking a beer with the guys bro, your just a customer, if there was any dirty laundry I'm sure you wouldn't expect to hear about it anyway

I think the folks in this thread alone plus the ones envolved in the lawsuit will speak enough for themselves about their experiences.

VIPs days are numbered.
