I just can't do ricotta. Can't do it. Feta I can handle, but it's not something I would go out of my way to eat generally. I could, however, eat an entire block of Velveeta. That's really not even cheese

Well I have "dining dollars" on my meal plan that don't count as a "meal"...if i run out of "meals" for the week then i can use my dining dollars, and i get a bit of a discount so i don't really pay attention but its still in the 5-7 dollar range so not bad at all

So I was thinking about a Grilled Chicken Salad for lunch... But then I realized I need some Cholesterol, so Chicken Bacon Ranch it is.
