To stay on topic. Spotted a dumped TL. A quick ass blue Cobalt SS. A 10 second red Si. Lowered 98 Integra on Enkei RPF1s. Midori green 'ek' on Work Equips. A F350 dually w/ tractor trailor rims. All were spotted in PORTSMOUTH! WHA!!!!!!!!!!
