what is the reccomended square footage for this unit?

 

to be honest im not too sure. If you like I can give you the model number. I have a little over 1000sq/ft and was gonna be a bit too big

 

that is fine. the unit i have is electic ac and propane heat and i am sick of buying propane.

Define a combo unit please, is it a heat pump or a air conditioner? Is it a gas pack?

Is the entire unit outside or is it split? Meaning, did you have a furnace inside and the condenser outside or do you have all in one outside?
