Compression Test
Cyl 1 = 240
Cyl 2 = 240
Cyl 3 = 240
Cyl 4 = 120 =[
poored a capfull of oil in 4 and it jumped to 165.

would switching to a heavier motor oil and/or synthetic help prolong the life?

#4 was actually 210 after the capful of oil.

Heavier oil may help but not synthetic too slippery I would think
