Default Upholstery shop (or some other place for headliner repair)

While I'm working on my sunroof and have most of this headliner out, anyone have a recommendation for an upholstery shop? The things I need are simple:

The headliner on the underside of the sunroof is supported by a piece of fiberboard. After 23 years, this has bowed. I want a shop to put a new fiberboard (or somehow straighten this old one) into my existing headliner fabric.

The part of the headliner that is attached to the roof of the car (behind the sunroof) has started to sag a little bit. It's so little that I think it could simply be de-stitched, pulled tight, and restitched.
