seatbelt ticket is 2 points atleast it was the last time i got one probably 5 years ago

Seatbelt is no points, along just about every equipment violation. Faulty brakes is one exception, but it may be classified as a moving violation.

 

ive gotten 3 tickets in the bmw with no tag....the last one after he gave me the ticket i told the cop he needs to pay more fucking attention....he asked why...i said well i havent had my seat belt on the whole damn time...could have gotten more money for your christmas party if you paid attention.....he started to say something and i just took off....

The link posted above reminds me of an article in a recent MotorTrend where they call out several localities around the country also giving out more fines just to generate revenue. I would recommend everyone think twice about hauling ass around Hampton Roads, especially for no reason at all. Its no longer a matter of safety anymore. Drive more conservatively...that'll show 'em.

 

I'm a fag cuz I got 2 points on my record for not wearing a seatbelt. Screw you neg repper. Screw you.
