Looking to purchase a puppy, any breeders?
My girlfriends birthday is comming up and im thinking about buying her a puppy. Im looking for something along the lines of a Chuhuahua, Yorkie, Pomeranian, or Maltese. Anyone on here have puppies for sale or know of anyone with these types of dogs? Im looking to spend a maximum of $400.
I know there were a couple animal stores in the Woodbridge area that purchased puppies from breeders. Not sure if they are still around. But from what i remember they were expensive compared to your $400 range.

HA! Good Luck!
$400 is pretty much average for these dogs on www.washingtonpost.com. Its just that they are too far from where i live or they are sold out. I know pet stores jack up the prices like crazy on dogs they buy from breeders for $1k+. I think its because of that microchip they put in the back of the neck so they can track the dog if its lost. Ive bought a beagle and a shit-zhu for like $200 from breeders.
ALWAYS check an animal shelter first. You might get lucky. It'll be cheaper, and you're saving a life.
I also hope your GF is interested in a puppy for companionship, not to use as an accessory. It pisses me off to no end seeing these bitches walking around with a dog in her LV purse because it completes their outfit.
