I prefer neptune. You can see a list of all of its features on www.hrtuning.com

Re: ps28 s100 vs p72 neptune
Either ECU will work fine, and either tuning solution will work fine. It's all tuner preference for what software to use, as the ECU isn't running that software. The ECU doesn't run on Neptune, Hondata, etc., it just uses a stock-based program that has been modified by Hondata, Neptune, etc. So you aren't "running" Hondata, or Neptune, or whatever. That's why it's really up to what the tuner likes to use, because that's who will be using the software. After the tuning is done, it's just an ECU program in a chip that runs the ECU.
Kinda like if you edit a photo in Photoshop, and then load it onto a digital picture frame. The picture frame doesn't run Photoshop, it just displays pictures that were edited in Photoshop.
So back to the important stuff..
Either ECU will work fine, because the tuning software has settings that can disable the IAB (secondary butterfly control) on the P72 and you'll end up with basically the same ECU in the end. But, unless you have an aftermarket intake manifold that gets rid of the IAB system, you'll need the P72 for proper control. Oh, and the P28 doesn't have a knock sensor board, but the P72 does.

boost+knock=bad
iab+boost=useless
go with the 72 if you have a tuner that can do neptune. but you really wont be missing out on much if you go with the hondata....
ps. my brother has an s200 on a 72 if you want that
