Yea i hear ya lol, pretty much the same as you do I believe.. We run Remedy Client.. Answer tickets throughout the building, Remote, Troubleshooting.. Just basics Desktop support.
Remedy sucks, I hate it. It takes longer to fill out a ticket than to even do the work. We had it at the last company that I worked at.
We use Remedy too. It's better than other ticketing programs I've been exposed to.
The ones that have 5 lines or less to fill out are better. The one I use now is pretty sweet but its the company's home grown software because since they are a software company they feel the need to just create a new version of everything. We even have our own internal version of twitter.
