You are correct, customer is always right. He got what he wanted and then more then he purchased. How ever, I've yet to see a tracking number as promised of my kit that he has that he was suppose to send back. Can I get a tracking number please to complete the deal? You have 2 kits ment for your car and 1 that was not that we thought would fit that did not. I replaced it but you need to return the other one. Do Work, You said you shipped it but wheres the tracking number?

and got it... he also had a kit of mine the entire time that he would not send back.

Dude bought 2 kits, got 2 kits, piaa.com said his fogs were h7, so we got him a h7 and a 9005 kit low beam and fog light kit. he went to install, h7 would not work. had him check the bulb, he said h11. NO problem we got another h11 here. I told him to send the h7 back, he refused till he got the h11, this has taken months, alot of shit came up in my life and i didnt have time to deal with alot of things other then family stuff so thats what I did. After months, he makes this thread and says im a thief, but yet im not the one refusing to send something back? Any ways i go ahead and send him the h11 he needed to make his kits complete even though he still has my h7, go figure.... he has all the kits and extra's i sent that he didn't pay for and Im the bad guy because this took months. I think its more on the lines of 50/50 here. He paid for 2 kits, he got 2 kits, he wanted a exchange ok fine why not send the one u dont need back first to get the one u need. You know like going to a store buying a shirt, realizing wrong size so you take it back to get a new one? Not keep the shirt at home and bitch and until the company gives u another new shirt with out exchanging the old one?



Either way YES I TOOK MONTHS TO SEND A KIT TO HIM. YES IM STILL WAITING ON THE KIT HE OWES ME BACK FOR THE EXCHANGE. read the thread before posting something dumb.

Hey Jason i emailed you yesterday...didn't get a reply yet.

when i spoke to you on the phone it seemed like you would resolve this issue so i hope we can settle this.

Basically you wanted me to find out if my problem was a relay or ballast problem. I honestly don't have the time to take my front bumper off again and remove my headlights and install the HID's to check which ones work and find out what the problem is. Tomorrow im going on vacatoin for a week and don't have the time to do that. Considering i waited over a month and a half to receive my HID's in the first place which where never shipped when promised i believe the best way to resolve this issue is this. Send me 4 new ballast and 4 new relays and i'll send you my 4 relays and ballast back. Then you can figure out what doesn't work and what does...its not something i should have to figure out. When i bought them they should work. This seems the best/easiest way to deal with this. If it still then doesn't work then it might be a bulb problem but we'll see.

Either we do what i stated above or i can just send both my 2 complete kits back for 2 new kits that work or a refund. Let me know if you have these in stock and what you wanna do.
