It is currently on the car, but will be removed either tonight or tomorrow to be replaced with an '01 Cobra rear. For anyone that knows anything about Mustangs, it's common knowledge the difference between the '99 and '01 Cobras. The '99 Cobra rear has "MUSTANG" embossed in it, whereas Ford changed the rear in '01 and embossed "COBRA" in it.

Am asking $100 or best offer.

The '99 bumper is what is for sale. It is black (paint code UA) and is in excellent condition. It will fit on any model Mustang, model year '99 to '04 (note: '03-'04 Cobra rears are different). I would obviously prefer to do this deal local, located in Chesapeake. If the buyer wants it shipped, they are responsible for the cost.
