yea they ended up failing it for the cat, granted it is high flow, but its still 49 state legal. so idk
so i took it to ryan adams dad, down at adams repair. and he passed it in like 5 minutes.haha

It wasn't a cat. That was a resonator. We unbolted the exhaust and looked inside of it.
