Audi 08 A3 DSG Sline Open Sky with mods

So, I have had my car over a year now and it is time to move on to something else, it sucks with the way things are going that I will loose my shirt on this but that how it goes..

I have all original parts including the stock S line rims with tires with 1500 miles on them (worth close to $1000)

Car is in like new condition, it has a 3" dent on the rear door from my 7yo but otherwise perfect..

I paid $32K(plus $1000 for maintance and Sirius) for it 18 months ago,plus another $4000+ in mods. I want $25,000 but can part it out and sell it cheaper if someone wants. Nada on it is $26,400 stock. I am figuring in the dent in the price..

Almost the same car sold here this weekend for $21K. Mine has 10K less mileage, includes bluetooth, Sirius, and all scheduled maintanence to 50K. Will sell $23K unmodded and back to stock

I have a 2.9% loan through audiusa and not sure if it is assumable but can check if someone wants too.

Sorry no trades, I already bought a replacement car.
