The s197 is a stiffer chasis and also has a panhard bar stock.

Stock suspension mustangs launch just fine. as good or better than the rest. My car is a stock suspension for a Mach 1 and it pulls 1.5's on 17" DR's.

Haha, Mustang's are the best hooking cars in stock form PERIOD, I have been plenty of 1.5-1.4 60ft times on completely stock suspension cars. The only thing that is not bolt on THAT car is a weld in anti roll bar. Everything else is bolt on and in the stock location.
