One of my current roommates is moving out. It's a 4-bedroom townhouse, large...in a nice neighborhood. Pretty flexible as when the new roommate can move in, there's only 3 of us in this place...we need at least 3 in here at a time. He's moving out the beginning of August, so you can move in then, or you can take the fourth bedroom if you need to move in any sooner.

Of course we'll have to interview and etc, etc. I'll have to take a look at your last two payment stubs as well...no deadbeats

575-600 plus utilities/cable/etc.

It's the master bedroom, has a 5 foot window, walk-in closet, and your own bath/shower. Shitty thing is parking.

But we're on the lake, it has a path around it which is 1.8 miles(good for runners), has a backyard that's fenced in.

OR, you can choose NOT to take the master bedroom, and live in a bedroom that's a bit smaller, but still have your own bathroom, but the thing about this room is that you have a deck that's overlooking the lake.

Damn that's a big ass mortgage or something. If there are 4 of you there, that's like 2200 for rent. about a 400k house I will let you know I might kick out someone quick. later

Up again...1700 is the rent, and we split it accordingly to rooms, and other factors.

 

I'm moving out of my current place in September, but I'm not really down for having 3 roommates. Just one mature, responsible one will be sufficient.
