06 Si _ Clean carfax, Navi, Tein

The car blue books for $14,700 stock.
Description: I bought this car a little over a year ago bone stock with 60xxx mi. The car just hit 72xxx mi. I am the second owner. Since I bought it I have lowered it on Tein S tech springs, tinted the windows and installed 8k hids. Car drives and handles great. I have records of all routine maintenance done at Casey Honda. It has clean carfax. Has typical rock chips and one or two minor dings that come with being 5 years old. Overall very clean car inside and out. Interior has very hard to find navigation unit with touch screen. Seats are perfect. Also have optional civic rubber mats, front and rear.
Only reason I am considering selling is because I am looking to buy a truck, but if it doesn't sell I am perfectly content with keeping it, especially with the current gas prices.
