90 civic electrical problem

90 civic electrical problem
so my door light is semi on when my doors are shut my radio, clock, cigarette lighter plug, and interior light wont work. all fuses are fine. at first my clock and radio would be on but my radio wouldnt work and my light wouldnt work but if i turned my light on it would cut the stuff off all together and when it was bck in the middle it would allow the clock to come on and when i have the light on it smells like an electrical fire but wont turn on. please help i miss my system.

its a 90 civic 4 door 1.5 dual point and no ive had the same speakers and radio for a year plus but i did just replace the alternator anything that could have done.

i dont think there are relays, speaker were in the car before i owned it, about 3 days ago and its not sitting im still driving it.

any chance this has power windows? if so check the drivers side junction plug @ the door see if there is corrosion i have seen this on a few customer cars and once on my car actually always has a different complaint normally just something to check.
