Honda Ruckus / Scooter Thread
was told to post this here. getting ready to purchase a ruckus. i figure when prices go down due to winter season, i could use something better on gas to get to and from work next year. are you ruckus guys registering them as motorcycles or running no plates? going to look at one on thursday and the guy said he doesnt use a plate but just drives under the speed limit. read the law for the commonwealth and it says anything greater than 50cc and as long as you stay 35mph you are good to go without a plate. i know these things go faster than that. just curious what you guys are doing. thanks, josh.

Just about all of us ride about the the speed mandated and just about everyone rides without registration. Most police dont really enforce the 35mph thing. I think its just a waste of their time.
