He sold that months ago. So it either took them months to reconize his car, or the new owner submitted it.

I'm at mcdonalds at white oak, parked beside a blue 92-95 civic sedan, gay-ass 1-piece headlights, altezza taillights, fucking "GTR" badges on the fenders, light-up windshield squirters, some non-fitting mirrors with signals (I assume) and "RS" badge and wing on the back. What the fuck.
