Neon's get good gas milage but I don't think you'll get 38 maybe more around the 30 mark still not bad for a 2500 lb car.
The R/T's handle above average and usually make good campaign cas for the auto X races. (even more so in the stock street tire class)
If your into that sort of thing that is.....
