I doubt there are many antique sewing machine collectors on here, but here it goes!
Description:
1955 Singer Featherweight 221 vintage sewing machine in excellent condition.
Serial number: AL936981
Build date: Jane 17th, 1955
"SINGER" is one of the best known and most respected names in the sewing machine industry with over 150 years of service. The Singer 221 has the distinct honor and perhaps there has never been a better sewing machine ever made than the singer 221. As Singer’s finest models of sewing machines, 221 was built to last a lifetime. This is a model that was made by the Singer Sewing Machine Company and many professional sewers are looking for these 221 models in good condition. Collectors are looking for this model. It was Singer’s top of the line in this class for years and one of their most expensive sewing machine
This sewing machine is fully operational with a like-new belt and power supply. It comes with the original box, manuals, and plenty of attachments. It has been tested and works very well, the light comes on, all of the adjustments work, and the pedal controls the speed of the machine by pressure very accuartely. The finish is in good condition, with only a few light scratches or blemishes and appears to be all original.
I have included over 25 pictures to try and show the condition.

That's pretty cool. My mom still has her moms at home, manual, comes in a wooden case that sits over it all engraved and stuff. Always wondered what it was worth.
