Yep, TW's are street legal from factory. I follow my brother-in-law around on his 4 wheeler and am constantly amazed how that bike just will not get stuck.
Just stopped for a wreck on the 64w to 295s ramp. Looked like the rider might have fixated on the guard rail and ate it head on. Luckily hes still in one piece and was riding with a group. Looked like it might have been a yamaha.
Did not ride today
New battery should be here today.

Left key on...
flat-lined battery...
never jump started a bike before...
figured it was the same as a car...
read the manual, manual says nothing about leaving the car off...
jumped it with the car running...
battery went bzzzt...

Hopefully all I buggered was the battery.

After some research I found that if you recharge a lead acid battery too fast (with the car on) it'll pop. They are slow charge batteries only.
