and gustav??? im not sure what the hell yer trying to say. are u asking me a question? no, i havent dropped my tranny, and no i dont know where any metal shavings are b/c i never attempted to repair it myself. im sitting at UNC-Greensboro right now, my car is at hall honda on vabch boulevard being repaired.

just got off the fone with hall honda. car will be done tommorrow.
entire transmission was re-pieced together,and all of the seals, bearing, and lubricants were replaced. our friend,and master tech brian culp worked on it. so im sure it will be top notch job.

A friend of mine with a AT 7th gen had to have her tranny replaced @ 95k miles. Cost her over $2500 to have it done.

Your car is in VERY good hands. I used to work at Hall Honda. Brian is one of the top Honda tech's in the United States. Honda will bring in the top Tech's from around the nation, and has these competitions where they take a car and "disable" it. Brian will win damn near every year. The guy is very thorough.
