Probably because like what 80%? of the cars on this board are lowered and that road is a bitch for lowered cars. I agree, a lot of morons think its fun to speed down there. One time i came off that road and a celica and civic were lining up to race down it like retards.

 

There is nothing special about that road and it is only like a mile or so long. Waste of time.
