360 Customs (Ricers Heaven)
I'm am the NEW and part owner of 360 Customs. We are not affiliated with Coastal Customs or Dee. We bought the shop August 06 and We bring a new and improved attitude to customer service. We offer a wide variety of parts for all types of cars. We are here to provide parts and service with not just a new name. Refering to the comment made about the JDM hood. We would not just give a refund to beat someone out their hard earned money. The hood was purchased and taken home, and tried to install.(They should have inspected it before they left the store.) The install did not work and they bent the corner of the hood. They then tried to return it saying it was like that. I still have the hood in my shop because I offered to sell it for the so they can recoup some money. All the we ask is to be given a chance and not lumped im with DEE and Coastal Customs. Marvin and Adebiyi are good people. I can vouche for them having worked with Marvin before. The shop is now under a lot better management than it has been in the past. They work hard to give you the best prices on their products and if they don't have it, they will find it. This sounds like a complaint from a customer that failed to inspect the product before taking it home and then damaged the product trying to install it. If you damage any product like that you know it pretty much becomes unsaleable because remind you this hood was for a JDM conversion not a normal USDM car so only a few cars will be able to use this hood. When you damage something like that it only makes resale that much harder if possible at all. Hopefully, the hood will sale and some of the money will be recouped to the customer. So don't get 360 Customs confused with Coastal Customs they are legit, they work hard to take care of you and provide a quality product and service. This was a isolated incident were their hands were tied.

I know it's messed up they won't refund the hood, but you should've known better than ordering anything "JDM" from that shop...

Even a respectable business can not make everyone happy. We did try to accomadate them a resale the hood. If you bought shoes to big and wear them out and bend the toe could you return them? Because we didn't let them get over on us does this make us a bad company.
