I went to the Driven meet Saturday. Camping cop in the neighborhood pulled me. I wasn't speeding or acting like a douche or anything. I have no tickets or wrecks on my record and I'm 26.
They pretty much pulled anyone with exhaust one after another.

Typically the import turnout is relatively small. Past couple years have seen more entries, so who knows this year.
Also, this event is more organized with the city than the spring meet was, so the cops typically are a little more lenient about mods and cruising during this weekend.
